Condo Details

Both condos are in the same building, the reputable Hale Kona Kai, and normally rented well in advance.  Condos are fully furnished with a range and an oven, air conditioning, refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal, linens, utensils, and cable TV with VCR.  Each unit has a bedroom, bathroom, living room, fully equipped kitchen, and a lanai.  Hale Kona Kai has an elevator, laundry facilities, and a freshwater swimming pool by the ocean.

Both condos are kept in nice condition so we look only for renters we feel will take care of them.  302 and 213 are both on the water and are NO SMOKING.  They are designed for two people, with a maximum party of four.  Summer temperatures range from 80 to 85 F, and winter temperatures range from 75 to 80 F.

What to Do:

The Island of Hawaii (largest in the chain) has 2 mountains over 13,000 ft.  You can drive from Kona to anywhere on the island and back in one day.  While sitting on the lanai (Hawaiian porch), you can watch tourist submarine dives, canoe racing practices and competitions, scuba diving and snorkeling expeditions, the Ironman Triathlon Swim in October, a cruise ship anchored each week, parasailing, fishing boats, surfers, sailing, sea traffic entering the downtown harbor, and dolphins and sea turtles swimming below sometimes.  All this without leaving the

complex.
