The Fine Print Check In Time: 1:30 PM Check Out Time: 11:00 AM There is a Security Deposit of $200.00 due within ten days after confirmation to avoid cancellation. Your Security Deposit is fully refundable within 14 days after your departure date if no damages, losses, or extra cleaning charges are incurred. We are looking for those that love Hawaii and like to return to a very special spot. The CANCELLATION FEE will be $50. If cancellation is made within 30 days of the arrival date, the CANCELLATION FEE will be $150 .
Daily Rates $150 per day Dec. 16 - Mar 31
$135 ( Apr.1 - Dec. 15 ) for unit 302 plus 10.167% Hawaii tax. min. 3 days, discount for 30 or more. A fee to clean when you leave is $80 . Book early as this unit is one of the top rented units.
